1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your purchase and use of IT services provided by Abha Empire ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
2. Services Provided
We provide IT solutions including but not limited to software development, system integration, IT consulting, cloud and infrastructure support, and managed services.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete project or service requirements.
- Ensure timely payment for services rendered.
- Cooperate with our team for successful service delivery.
4. Payment & Invoicing
Fees will be communicated in proposals or contracts. Payments must be made in accordance with the billing terms specified. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of service. Confidential data shall not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
While we strive to deliver high-quality solutions, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi, India.
